Two super-exclusive, ultra-luxurious beachfront residential towers designed by Arquitectonica are coming soon to Florida's famous Sunny Isles Beach.

Developers Fortune International Group and Château Group spent years developing the 4.7-acre development site for the St. Regis project, spending $113 million to buy out some 350 individual owners in 2014.

The interiors were designed by Brazilian designer Patricia Anastassiadis. She previously designed 57 Ocean in Miami Beach, as well as many Global Five Star resort properties and private residences around the world.
