The tallest beachfront tower, “Beach Tower”, will offer 5 different floor plans ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom units.

All units will have direct and unobstructed ocean views, except for the smaller one-bedroom units, which face west.

There are two 4-bedroom units, which will be flowing corner residences with views to the east over the ocean, views to the west over the coastline and then additional exposure to the south or north depending on the corner.

The central units will be a 2- and 3-bedroom residence. Floors 25-30 of this waterfront tower will provide larger residences, with only four units per floor.

The smaller “Yacht Tower” building on the intracoastal will offer 1 to 3-bedroom residences that will provide direct west-facing sea views over the intracoastal or east-facing views that will face the other tower, as well as partial ocean views.

It hasn’t been released yet, but as soon as the floor plans are available, we’ll share them!

Although both towers have their own amenities, residents can use the amenities of both towers.

As can be expected from the Ritz Carlton brand (as can also be experienced in other Ritz Carlton projects, such as the Ritz Carlton Miami Beach, the Ritz Carlton Sunny Isles or the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale), residents will enjoy 5-star amenities and services.

The project includes a private marina with docks available for sale.
