Elen is passionate about the real estate market!

Originally from Brazil, she has lived in South Florida for over 25 years. Her career began as a small real estate investor in 2004, but after facing challenges during the real estate crisis of 2007/2008 and the lack of proper guidance, she ended up not having the best experiences with her investments. That’s when she decided to get her real estate license and delve deeper into the Florida real estate market in order to improve her knowledge and be able to advise her clients correctly. Soon after obtaining her license, she began working with investors, predominantly Brazilians at the time, closing great deals and building friendships that have lasted to this day.

In 2015, he embraced the opportunity to represent developers in the sale of pre-construction luxury condominiums in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, achieving great success!

Her experience on both sides of the transaction allows her to understand the nuances of buying, selling and developing real estate, enabling her to more effectively guide her clients to meet their needs.

Elen understands that the real estate market involves both financial and emotional decisions, which is why she offers a personalized experience for each client, leading them to realistic and successful negotiations.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and doing volunteer work with children with special needs.
