The Residences at 1428 Brickell presents a limited collection of 189 exclusive residences, ranging from two to four bedrooms, plus an office, with areas between 170 and 370 m². The Penthouse Collection ranges from 370 to 930 m². The residences at 1428 Brickel face east and have been carefully designed to maximize natural light, offering breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the city of Miami. A significant number of the homes are duplexes, giving the feeling of a “house in the sky”.
With an extremely privileged location, the 70-storey building is characterized by contemporary finishes of the highest quality, with exclusive furniture by Antonio Citterio. The interior design, conceived as cultural and flexible spaces, stands out for its meticulous attention to detail, with special care taken with its elements, the warm tones of the furniture and finishes that create a natural and welcoming atmosphere.
The residences include two private elevators, an exclusive entrance hall with double doors, a gourmet kitchen and private storage on each level. The standard residences will feature Italian Arclinea kitchens and 3.35-meter ceilings, while the penthouses will have limited-production Vaselli kitchens and ceilings from 3.65 to 9 meters. The 66th floor houses a 930 m² gym, with a weight room, HIIT room and an indoor/outdoor yoga room.
Developed by Ytech and designed by Arquitectonica, The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be the world’s first residential tower partially powered by solar energy. The building will have 500 photovoltaic windows integrated along the west-facing façade, creating a “Solar Backbone” with around 1,860 m² of energy-generating glass. This system, with its orientation and installed capacity, will be able to generate up to 170,000 kilowatt-hours, or 170 megawatts, of clean energy per year. This is expected to result in the reduction of approximately 4,700 tons of CO2 and the use of 3,000 fewer barrels of oil.
