Elen is a real estate lover!
Originally from Brazil, she made south Florida her home 22 years ago. She started as an investor of small properties back in 2004, when the market crashed in 2007/2008 combined with the lack of proper guidance she ended up not having the best investment experiences. It was right when she decided to get her real estate license and deep dive into the Florida real estate market to improve her knowledge and be able to give the right guidance to her clients. Soon after taking her license she started working with investors, predominantly Brazilians at that time, making great deals and friendships that last until today.
In 2015 she accepted the challenge of representing RE Developers in selling Luxurious Pre-Construction Highrise Condominiums in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, it was a great success!
Having experience on both sides of the table allowed her to better comprehend the process (negotiation) of buying, selling and developing properties and, naturally, to guide her clients more precisely in fulfilling their needs.
Elen understands that real estate is both a financial and an emotional decision and, as such, she cultivates an individualized experience for her clients, while also leading them towards achieving realistic and successful closings.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and volunteering with special needs kids.
